Dock Shelter Overview

Mechanical dock shelters are manufactured in accordance with European standards and provide effective sealing between loading/unloading docks and freight vehicles. This ensures quick and safe loading/unloading operations, making it an ideal configuration for medium-strength loading sites.

The standard size dock shelter accommodates vehicles of any size, from small trucks to standard trucks. During loading/unloading, the vehicle's tail enters the dock shelter, enabling operations in any weather conditions. The excellent sealing function prevents excessive wind and foreign matter from entering the facility.

Construction Details

The dock shelter KDRL features hot-dip galvanized steel arcs with a cross-section of 60 x 30 mm, connected with parallel bars. The sides and top canvas is made of polyester PVC (polyvinyl chloride) self-extinguishing textile, weighing 750 g/m³, with reinforcement at optimal points.
