Mechanical Dock Shelter - Customized Sealing Solutions

Our mechanical dock shelters are manufactured in compliance with European standards and provide optimal sealing between loading docks and freight vehicles. These shelters ensure fast, safe loading and unloading operations in any weather conditions, making them the ideal solution for medium-strength loading sites.

The standard size dock shelter accommodates vehicles of all sizes, from small trucks to standard commercial vehicles. When loading goods, the vehicle's rear enters the shelter, enabling weather-protected operations. The excellent sealing function prevents wind, rain, and foreign matter from entering the facility.

Construction & Materials

The KDRL dock shelter features hot-dip galvanized steel arcs with a 60 x 30 mm cross-section, connected with parallel bars. The side and top canvas is constructed from polyester PVC self-extinguishing textile weighing 750 g/m³, with reinforcement at critical stress points for enhanced durability.
