What Are Sectional Rolling Shutter Doors?

Sectional roller shutter doors feature wide panels that can be customized with windows or steel sections. When retracted, these doors roll up and lie flat against the ceiling, making them suitable for installation in virtually any conditions.

Insulated Sectional Door Construction

Industrial sectional doors feature double-layer sandwich hot-dip galvanized steel panels with polyurethane surface processing. The core material consists of polyurethane insulation with a thickness of 40mm. The door body includes box-shaped edge banding with connecting hinges mounted on the edge banding for embedded track installation.

Sealing system includes spherical vinyl resin strips along the width and height of the door, fixed at the bottom and top to prevent wind, rain, and penetration. The balance system comprises torsion spring, reel, steel shaft, and locking flange components.
